3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

12.1 Termination by You
You may close your clubph account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, and any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.
12.2 Termination by clubph
clubph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
